I’m totally new to Mikrotik Routerboard and a intermediate level it-quy.
I need help on the following:
I’m able to setup a Metal 52ac with a wireless network, and a ethernet port with a static IP address. I want the configuration to function as wireless ap with a DHCP server on the ethernet interface. The rest of the network is completely on static ip-addresses.
I can connect to the router via Winbox to the point I’m bridging the two networks. After creating a bridge, with two ports (both for the ethernet & wlan) the Winbox connection drops and while it is visible in the neighbours tab of winbox, I’m not able to connect anymore.
I’m sure I’m doing something wrong.
Help is appreciated.
