Broadband Routers not getting automatic login

Hi Everyone,

iam using mikrotik os v.6.34.4, i have some issuce in my network. all my Dlink Cloud router and TPLink router is not geeting automatic login. my server is PPPOE.. went i restart the router or logout the user manually.the user is not getting automatic connect.the same issue in TPlink Router also.here another router is working properly.
please give me solution on this problem.
