Hi all.
Accidentally I pluged in jack 24V power and Passive POE 24V together in to
routerboard. It has damaged.
Has anynoe have any elektricall service manual so i could check whats damaged?
That should work still, we power all our equipment via poe and jack to provideredundancy
If you use in fact less than 30V it can work. Problem is i gave 48V summary to platform.
The device was designed to work in such situation, and it also has over voltage protection, so it would just turn off.
Check if all ports are not working, or only one. Which lights are on? Can you try another power supply?
