I am facing slow browsing in the network as customers are suffering from slow browsing issue, when i try to download the content, i am getting proper speed, but when i try to surf getting poor speed, can you please suggest us the best solution for the same

there are many factors that affect on browsing speed
1- the windows system itself
2- bad connection to the isp
3- the isp itself have a proplem with the internet
