btest.exe， I can't input enough characters in address box

Btest.exe on windows (xp / 7):
In the Chinese version of windows, the address can only enter 11 characters, you should be able to enter at least 15 characters.
In the English version of Windows, you can enter up to 18 characters.
Have not tried more language versions of windows.

Such as 192.168.234.123, can only enter into 192.168.234!!

It’s not a big issue, just change to charset to support unicode.
Also winbox is not considering the CJK users.
