Hello all.
I have been testing bandwidth between two Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+ with the use of the BTest function. I have live tested and bench tested two sets of routers. I have been getting speeds that are nowhere close to what they should be. I’m talking 100M over a 1G, 3 foot patch cable. When looking at the CPU load when testing, it appears that core 2 is maxing out at 100% usage. Is this normal? Do I have some some sort of multi-core processing turned off? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks for your time.
You can switch to testing channel to utilize multithreaded btest.
