Is it normal that my BTH interface is always transmitting (but not receiving) packets, even if no client is connected to it?

There appears to be a problem with the latest version 7.14 with excessive logging AND/OR handshake attempts.
Suggest wait for 7.14.1 
or go back to 7.13.5

Wireguard always tries to transmit if interface is active. Only when something comes back, you know it works.
