hi
I have an hAP ax^3, which was working correctly BTH VPN, due to a power failure I had to use NETInstall to rescue it, version 7.15.3 (stable) most of the services I use had no problem but when trying to enable BTH VPN again, VPN status: applying settings and it does not finish, I disabled and enabled IP CLOUD several times without success, could someone tell me where else to look??
thanks in advance
First thing is to go get a UPS to protect your equipment
in IP CLOUD menu try disable and revoke. Then set up again
Ready
I have done it several times, leaving time intervals of 12 hours, restarted the router, forced and nothing
Esperienced just now the exact same problem on a new RB3011, unboxed then upgraded to ROS 7.15.3, stuck at “VPN status: applying settings”.
Revoked BTH and rebooting many times but no luck.
Downgraded package and firmware to 7.15.2 then factory defaulted, applied default configuration and it worked.
After that defaulted again loading my saved configuration script (without bth enabled), enabled bth again and now it’s working.
I ran into the same problem with FW 7.21 and found that the problem is based on the fact, that there is an existing WireGuard interface "back-to-home-vpn" even that BTH VPN is set to "revoked and disabled".
Therefore I simply removed that interface and afterwards was able to enable BTH VPN smoothly again.
