i have two different model of mikrotik , and i need to take the backup from the HAP AC mikrotik to hEX mikrotik , when i do that in the normal way the device stack and the LEDs shutdown even when i attach the ethernet cable and i wont be able to access to the modem till i do the hard rest .
is there any way to get the backup and restore it in the other router

Backup will not work completely, because they are different devices. For example, hAP ac has an SFP interface.
You can “/export” and “/import” configuration file. Before import, remove unnecessary configuration lines.

In fact, I had some issues using the same models having VLAN. I recommend doing that manually or using the text configs
