BUG- IGMP PROXY negotiation

6 months ago, on RouterOS version 6.43 contact mikrotik support, (support@mikrotik.com) because it detects an IGMP PROXY malfunction in mikrotik. And is that a moment given randomly the router begins to try to negotiate with the router at the other end in IGMPV3, theoretically IGMP PROXY for Mikrotik is only compatible with IGMPV2 so I found it very strange.

The case was handled by a Mikrotik technician named Arturs Z.

After numerous tests mikrotik confirmed me that it was a bug and connected by SSH to my router and forced the IGMPV2 in the system by the following comado on the file system.

echo 2 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/all/force_igmp_version

After this test mikrotik did not respond again, I have sent more than 20 emails asking about the roatmap to correct the bug and the response has been total silence. That I find it unacceptable. that they treat a customer who has paid more than 1000€ in a product of theirs.

I attach the complete mailing thread

Anyone who can contact someone from mikrotik? I can’t talk to anyone who can help me.
