Bug in 2.9.8 ?

I`m running 2.9.8.

In PPP → profiles I made a profile that gives the user address from Ip pool defined in IP > Pool.

In PPP → Secrets, I created a user and selected his profile.

At this stage, user connects, and Mtik gives him the correct IP.

In PPP > Sercrets i enter remote address for this user that differs from IP range defined in IP > Pool.

Durring connection user gots the correct address.

After deleting the remote address, Mtik should give him again the IP defined in IP > Pool, right? But NO!. Even if the remote address is blank, Mtik still gives him the address that was manualy entered before.

I have to delete the user and create him from scratch, and THEN the user gots the correct IP (from pool)

Is this some sort of bug, or am I doing something wrong?

I dont know. My licence has just expired, and I cant upgrade :frowning:
In Serbia it is still problems to send money to foreign country, but I also have contacted my friend in Hungary who will manage the payment.
Will let you know after upgrading…

If it happens in v2.9.8 and there is no mention of this in the changelog then logic clearly dictates that it is in v2.9.11 too :smiling_imp: LoL
