Bug Mikrotik Directly connected with Sophos firewall interface. It makes down interface speed to 100Mb

Dear experts. I’m facing strange behavior of the Mikrotik router with Sophos firewall.
I have deployed the SOPHOS firewall in my Network.
I have 4port Intel Gigabit LAN Card and even I have changed it. But

  1. Mikrotik Lan is connected to the WAN port Sophos firewall and the LAN port of Sophos Firewall is connected to my core switch. In this scenario, it shows the WAN Link speed is 100Mbps.

  2. When I connect the wire of the Mikrotik router to an additional Cisco 3750 switch and then connect the wire from this switch to My Sophos WAN I got 1000Mb link speed.
    in other words, I use a Cisco 3750 switch between the Mikrotik router and Sophos firewall is Interface speed goes to 1000Mb.
    Why is the Mikrotik Interface acting like this?

First thing to do …

Check your cables.

No … the connection Sophos - Cisco is @ 1Gb … what is the speed Cisco - Mikrotik? Suspecting 100Mb.

Actually, when I connected with the cisco cable I use a new patch cord and when I directly connected Mikrtik with Sophos I use the old patch.
that is the problem.
