[Bug?]PPPOE over VLAN not work

CableModem == CRS326 (VLAN620) ↔ CRS326 (VCLAN620)<–> CRS317 (Vlan620) ↔ CRS309 (VLAN620) ↔ CRS326 (VLAN620) == PPPOe on MT RB2011 (ether5)

I use SWOS 2.13
I am trying to establish a pppoe connection via several MT VLAN - connections (VLAN620). This does not succeed.

If I run the same connection over a VLAN connection of two HP switches, the pppoe dial-up works.

The VLAN connection itself basically works. I tested this by setting up a DHCP server at ether9 on the MT RB2011 and connecting this port to the VLAN620. At the other end I connected a notebook to VLAN620. The connection worked and the NB received an address.

Why does the pppoe dial-in via the MT VLAN not work?

Where can I report a bug?

I’m running SwOS 2.13 with PPPoE via VLAN on both my CRS305 and CSS610 without issues. try to introduce only one model at time to see if it is a model-specific bug.

My first guess is a tagged vs untagged port issue
Is the VLAN 620 coming from the cable modem, or is that just a VLAN you are using for transport? In other words, is the traffic from the cable modem VLAN tagged or is it untagged?
Same thing at the other end - is the traffic being handed off to the RB2011 expected by the router to be tagged or untagged?

Untagged on both sides.
