Next bug report:
In some cases (about 1-2 in every 1000) ovpn users get stuck in the router. The method of disconnect is not clear (regular, timeout, etc?), but the user still shows in the router and so the session is not cleared in the radius either. There is no data communication, interface shows 0/0 pps, but still the router does not delete the connection. Timeout is set to 15, any lower risk normal user communication too. I have not experienced this with other types of ppp.
Please fix this, as solving this problem requires manual interaction and weakens the trust in our service stability.
