BUG: v6.32.2 - System reset-configuration no-defaults=yes / import

Hello,

I think there is a bug in v6.32.2

If you export the config:
/export file=export.rsc

Then run the command:
/system reset-configuration no-defaults=yes run-after-reset=export.rsc

The import will fail on:
/ip ipsec mode-config
/ip ipsec policy group

As it is trying to import default values that already exist.

Using
/export file=export compact resolves the issue.

you mean, “/export” and “/export compact” produce different results? that should be considered a bug
