(Bug) Winbox isn't showing LCD menu option for RB2011U1AS

Recently received shipment of RB2011UiAS. After upgrading to 6.5, LCD menu option in Winbox not shown.
LCD config options are available / work fine with CLI.

RB2011UAS with 6.5 works fine. This is only the new “I” version

This seems a minor niggle, however, we deploy ours in Telco rooms and customer locations and we need to be able to check status and disable the touch screen via winbox.

I just got a new pallet of RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN
They all came with OS.6.1.
upgraded 2 of them to OS.6.5 which is more stable than 6.6 so far. the LCD option is not showing in winbox.
upgraded 1 to the further to OS.6.6 and still no LCD option.
loaded the all packages for 6.6 and specifically selected ALL to include LCD support - no change
downgraded it back to OS.6.5 - still no LCD option.

Please advise.

Received word from MT today.

I hope the fix is before 2014. it would be nice to see a fast turn around for such a small bug.

I received response from support this is now in the list for 6.7, and so should be fixed soon.

Confirm this appears to be fixed in 6.7

This is not fixed. I am running 6.7 and downloaded a fresh copy of Winbox and the LCD screen is missing in action.

I too am not seeing this in the latest versions either.

I also don’t have a “PoE Settings” button in System>Routerboard

A similar problem.
All is working after the upgrade 6.5 → 6.7 until the first reboot.
After reboot in profile disappears “Idle”, “Unclassified” look like as “Idle” value (75-85%), processor is showing 100%

Looks like the LCD menu is not showing for models with “i” in the name. Fix is coming for v6.8

there’s no problem on rb2011uas, seems that problem resolved on ROS6.7; may be problem resolvs with “Reset configuration” option?
