After reboot, ros connects to 3 bgp peers of 4 ( 2 full tables, and 2 ~400 routes)
if i disable any alive peer, in 10 seconds, last one connects.
if i disable/enable all peers, once in 10 times, all 4 peers connects and works fine, until reconnect.
this bug is tested on 2.9.10, 2.9.42, 3.0 beta8, 3.0 beta9
Mikrotik is running on 3.0 P4 (HT enabled), supermicro p8sct, kingston 1gb ram 667 non-ECC, Transcend 128mb ide-flash and working with ~40 mbps (10 000 pkts/s ) traffic. cpu usage 12-17%, ram ~250 mb.
