Bugreport: Timezone is ignored on timed NAT rule

Hi there,

i just added a NAT rule with dst-nat and a time setting and it seems that it’s ignoring the local Timezone for that time.

2.9.31 but nothing in changelog that would tell that this has been fixed

please re-check with newer version, like 2.9.38.

If I am not mistaken, it is completely corrected in RouterOS 3.0 (something in the release notes of the first beta)
