When using 5Ghz - in Winbox, on AP side, in status shows 2GHz-G (on station side everything’s is OK - shows 5GHz-A)
Nstreme in Winbox is not user friendly - two place to set Nstreme feature (enable-nstreme, wireless-protocol=nstreme)
I’ve tested NV2 on 2km link (RB411 + Spark123 → 433 + Spark123). Link is about -65, connected at 48Mb. I’ve got:
- raw 802.11A - 8-9Mb fdx
- Nstreme - 15Mb fdx
- NV2 - 6-11Mb - very unstable
There is problem with BandwithTest - after rebot I can make a couple ot test with TCP, then TCP test crash and I’ve got can’t connect. UDP works OK. If I reboot both side of link TCP test works (a few test only).
CHANGES:
Another BUG is in wireless registration. Link is running in 5ghz 10Mhz channel. In 4.x registration shows rates 18Mbps/2 - in 5rc1 registration shows 9Mbps
