Buying advice: RB2011UAS-2HnD

Hi,

i need a buying advice for my home setup:

current setup:
WAN side: cable modem, 60/4 Mbit
Router / FW / DHCP / DNS: Mikrotik RB750G
WLAN AP: Netgear WNDR3700

My neighbors have also a wlan-Router (linksys wrt160); the wan-side of their wlan-router is connected to an old netgear-gaming adapter, which simply connects to my wlan-accesspoint. That means they get internet-connection from me, but have their own wlan.

Now i’m planning to replace my Router and Wlan AP with the above mentioned RB2011UAS-2HnD, which, in my understanding, could do the job.

Now i’m interested in your opinion:

  1. is it ok to change to the new setup?
  2. is there some mikrotik product which i can use on the side of neighbors to replace two products with a single one (so connect to my wlan to get internet-connection, but also provide a extra wlan to my neighbors).
