I would like to buy an AWS CHR Licence in order to remove the 1Mbit Shaper,

I am guessing that my account on the forum is not considered a Mikrotik Account.
Tried to register but it says I am already registered.
Tried to log in to MT with my forum credentials (https://mikrotik.com/client/) but no luck.
Tried to reset the password but I never receive the recover your password email either.
Any ideas? Is this common?

This forum is user forum, while MT staff do read (and answer) some threads, their feedback here is not guaranteed.

It means this email is used. Request a password with that same email.

Unfortunately, when i try to reset the password, i never get that email for the reset link.
Maybe, something has happened with my email in the database not sure.
Should I just send support an email about it?
