bw man, traf prio,.... on single box

Hi guys,
I have 3 adsl those serving 50 clints. I wonder if can we do these on single mikrotik box:

  1. bandwidth management (with PCQ)
  2. Client traffic prioritize (to optimizing voip and video)
  3. load balance upstream with PCC

I’ve done 1 and 2 with marking on prerouting and forward. I don’t know where to mark on deal with PCC

Anyone has done setup like this?

PCC Load Balance should be done in ‘prerouting’ only (in ‘output’ for router’s traffic)
