Bypass simple Queue

i have created new simple queue for local network, and now i want to bypass 1 ip address from simple queue , i have try create firewall rule “address list” and create mangle config as prerouting, but it’s wont work , maybe i get wrong config, please help, here’s my simple queue rule, and thank you verrymuch for your help.

Create a another simple queue above your current one with target IP as your 1 device which will take priority.

Or you can create fast track rule for your 1 device which will then stop using queues.
