Is it possible to do so? If so, how? I read on Dslreports.com that it involves forwarding the 802.1x packets that the NVG599 uses and was wondering if it is possible to do so on the router that I mentioned in the title.
I am looking into doing something similar with the rb3011. I know @planetcoop at some ideas on dslreports and wonder if he made any progress.
Put the NVG599 in bridge mode. You will need a router after it, to do authentication, routing and firewall.
It appears we cannot pass the EAP/802.1X traffic over the bridge on router os
