Hi there I have two problems with my MikroTik related to hotspot users and user profiles
first one :
I have created a user and make the limit Bytes total to 10G and that work fine but the problem is with bytes up/down on 192.168.88.1/status these calculated bytes are calculated wrong this is not the quota that the user has consumed in this session it is very low compared to the quota that the user has consumed , what is wrong with it and how to solve it
second one :
I have created a user profile in the rate limit tx/rx put this 512K/1024K and I have chosen this user profile for a user but the speed of this user is still high and not reduced to 512K/1024K what is the problem with it.

Edit : Now there is something strange happened
I created a new user and login to it from my mobile it works fine but login to it from my PC some of sites works fine and some does not work for exaple google.com does not work
note that ping 8.8.8.8 receive all packets properly in PC
Why this ??
Queues and fast-track are mutually exclusive. So you have to disable fasttrack … by default there’s a rule in /ip firewall filter with action=fasttrack-connection chain=forward. Disable that rule and then wait for connections to die off (when a connection is fast-tracked, it can’t be un-fast-tracked). Or reboot device.
Beware that after you disable fast-track, CPU load will get much higher than it is now … potentially affecting total throughput your device is able to handle. So do observe CPU load for a while.
As fast-track affects quite a few functionalities of a router, I suspect it also causes traffic counters not to show real data.
Now there is something strange happened
I have created a new user when I tried to login to this user from my mobile it works well but when I try to login to it from PC it login but all web pages does not work
after login I tried to go to google.com but it does not show the pages that can be shown are only the pages of the server 192.168.88.1
