I thought it was interesting to see how that early in the transfer, the average utilization can continue to climb even after burst ends and throughput is lower than the running average.
It’s also interesting to see how limiting bursts too much can make a transfer take a LOT longer. From a congestion management point of view, sometimes it’s better to let traffic have a huge burst (if capacity is available) so that the transfer completes and gets out of the way for other things, where if you limit it too much it just lingers, using half your bandwidth for more than 2x longer.

For collegue post higher, Burst threshold should be lower then max limit.

Maybe next week I will add to this tool a results how long would a download will take for such and such files.
The graph already shows this (as long as the full download takes less than 2xburst time parameter).
