Campground WiFi & House using Mesh Need help please

We have a 17 acre RV Park (Campground) currently utilizing The following Hardware:
RB493G (Main router in Campground Store) (Unlabeled but wired to internet on ether1)
RB2011UAS-2HnD (Router in House) #5 in picture
RB751G (WiFi Mesh in house) #6 in Picture
4 each RB-Groove A-2Hn #1-4 in picture
There is a 17dbi antenna on the outside of the main building connected to the RB493 which acts as a portal to the 4 RB-Grooves.

My question is that when I tried using the RB2011 on the same mesh ssid, it would connect to the RB493 and route through there instead of the network cable which is connected from ether1 on RB2011 to ether2 on RB493G. I have since changed the house mesh to a different SSID to temporarily resolve this problem.

The other question I have is the RB-Groove (#4 in picture) has a weaker signal so I would like to connect it via the ethernet port to the RB493 but when doing so, the Campground mesh goes down until I unplug it. I set it up as a portal as well to no avail.

I would like the RB2011 to be on the same ssid and transmit via ether1 to the gateway while allowing wireless clients to roam the house.

I would like the #4 RB-Groove to also utilize ether1 to the gateway and allow clients to roam from it to all other points in the park.

Is this possible? What am I missing?

I moved everything inside a mesh and got rid of any bridging. Not sure if that will resolve the issue as the campground is to full to test at present.
