can 400+ hotspot user use only one ether port at CCR unit?
Can one ether port handle it?

Each physical port can handle up to 100 or 1000 mbps.

so there is no problem with how many hotspot user going thru one port?

The physical port is not going to be the limiting factor. The cpu is more likely the limiting factor, depending on how much traffic you expect to be going through the router and how many filter rules and queues you have.
