Can a sextant do all these work?

Hi
I have 17 subnets that connected to each other with sextant and sxt.
One of subnets have 60 clients, that a sextant connect this subnet to other subnets.
Now this sextant is DHCP-Server and Router for this network.
I want run hotspot and user-manager on this sextant.

Can this device do all these works for 60 client?

user manager is resource intensive, it might be too much for the sextant. I recommend installing UM somewhere else, and redirecting authentication to the UM from the Sextant
