Can Anyone Provide info about Full-Duplex Bandwidth Capacity of these products.

I am eager to know the Full-Duplex, Maximum Bandwidth capacity or Throughput all these can carry, for various purposes like ( Point to Point / Point to Multi Point / wireless bridge) as in MikroTik website all are written like :-

{{ Wireless specifications ( SXT SA5 ac )
5 GHz
Transmit power (dBm) Receive Sensitivity Transmit power (mW)
6MBit/s 31 -96 1259
54MBit/s 28 -81 631
MCS0 30 -96 1000
MCS7 27 -77 501
MCS9 22 -72 158 }} didn’t get what is described (54MBits) is it the max capacity ???

I am unable to find anything regarding Maximum Bandwidth capacity (or Throughput ) it can carry, for various products, i know wireless networking vastly depends upon distance, but let say 5km to 10km maximum range, can any moderator / MikroTik Guy / Product Users can resolve my query regarding my Request.

SO the Products which i want to query are :-

\

  1. SXT SA5 ac (866MBits) written, is it capable as sector ? (How much client connections it can handle at 4Mbps Down 512kbps Up Plan)

  2. LHG 5 ( I liked it the most for point to point / Small Base station)

  3. QRT 5 ac (liked it for gigabit interface)

  4. DynaDish 5 (for Point to Point )

  5. NetMetal 5 ( For use in sector antenna’s )

  6. SXT 5 ac (For Point to Point)

  7. NetBox 5 (is it, that it can handle 540MBits and can be used in sector antenna’s ) in one sector (How much client connections it can handle at 4Mbps Down 512kbps Up Plan)

  8. BaseBox 5 (Maximum Bandwidth Capacity)

Distance is not an issue, here at my place 4-5Km maximum air distance , i just want to know the maximum Bandwidth throughput for all these devices.

I know many of users out here using one of these products, so i humbly request all of you to comment and guide me regarding this.

Thank You

It all would depend on the environment you are planning to use it in.

Things like noise, spectrum availability, total clients connecting to the sector and their signal will play a role in the maximum throughput of the sectors.

in my area no one is using wireless devices , onli 2.4ghz home routers, so there is no noise for 5Ghz equipment’s, i am going to start wireless services so want to give atleast 4mbps plans,

and here maximum air distance is ranging from 500mtrs (0.5km) to max upto 1200mtrs (1.2km) so distance is not an issue here.
and for spectrum availability, is 5Ghz is not licence free ??? or i didn’t get, what you are saying about spectrum availability, kindly clarify me…

thanks for the reply

5 Ghz is a unlicensed band.

What I was saying about spectrum availability is the amount of other 5Ghz equipment in your area, but since every one is only using 2.4 gz

I would say, try and connect maximum 25 clients to a sector antenna for the best results.
