I bought this online and I really need this asap but there is a problem with the hardware. It seems that the port falls off inside the casing. Take a look at the image.
How can I open the casing?

I know it is an old thread but my 2 caps have just arrived to me and when I tried to put the wire in both of the ethernet sockets came loose and not working at all. Can I open the case without losing the warranty cause I really really need them and it is Easter Holidays and all the shops will be closed for almost a week…
Can the sockets be put back on??
