Hopefully not.
If yes, then you have messed with the firewall, and it is not a good idea to do that when you have to ask!
That depends on your isp infrastructure (do you have public ip assigned? any ports which are not blocked by isp?) and the configuration of the Tik (what firewall setting do you have there?).
how I can verify that needs
do you have public ip on rb2011? check under “/ip address” in Winbox or through command “/ip address print”
the address list contains the internal network ips and an ip to interface pppoe-out1
Check that “/interface list member print” shows the lists LAN and WAN and that your “pppoe-out1” is member of WAN.
If not, make sure you have updated RouterOS and after you have done that it is preferred to reset the configuration to defaults and setup the router again.
(if there is not too much config in your router so that would be lots of work)
I’m still learning I have 6.45.2 version
not all of the config I’ve done my self and I doubt that I can Re Configure it again
could you please give me the way and I’ll try It regardless of there is a public ip or not
