jarda thanks for this. it was a dst nat rule i needed. Was so happy when i got it working, took some trial and error though!. I made my inside devices static as suggested. Used this post titled Access “hidden” mikrotik device by Winbox as a guide from this link https://shop.duxtel.com.au/article_info.php?articles_id=6 (minus the hotspot part) many times. Finally got it to work, I can connect to my wAPac by specifying port 8292 when connecting remotely using my home WAN address! It made me as happy as when I beat a boss !
