I am a totally new with Mikrotik first experience. I have searched many topics and tutorials in Google. None of them work for hotspot sheild and torrent clients.. Can anyone please kindly help me.
My Lan Network is 192.168.1.0/24
I am using RB450 Mikrotik Routerboard.

Thank you for your kind advice, I did search and implement them but none worked.
There seems to be some new way around the Greg Sowell regexp. We too are getting people violating the DCMA rules and notices are flying. Currently we are setting up a logging server so se can match times and port numbers to our customers. We are going to warn the customer and then discontinue service if they repeat.
