Can I opem pppoe-out just for lt2p connection?

Hello ,
wanted to know if I can do the following:
I have a router with 2 ADSL lines that are connected using pppoe-out1&2
now I want to open l2tp server to both address\lines
so I will have 2 servers on the same router
now I can only make 1 works (while changing the route 0.0.0.0 -->pppoe-out1\pppoe-out2)

how can I do this?
if it is even possiable?
