if I have an SSD that has Mikrotik installed, then I upgrade to v7. then I moved it to a new machine (Motherboard) that doesn’t support legacy bios, only supports UEFI, and it can’t boot, because the previous Mikrotik os was base legacy bios.
I want to ask :
Can I reinstall Mikrotik v7 which supports UEFI? and how?
does it have to go through netinstall (ethernet boot)?
Where can I download the OS v7 package that supports uefi?

Do not format the hard drive.Install the system with ISO directly. Before that you can use winhex to backup entire disk with license.

Netinstall failed to bootup x86.I tried many times.ISO is the only way to reinstall.

Ros V7 can not boot from pure uefi environment even Miktorik said it support UEFI boot. There is no choick of UEFI or Legacy. It is all automatic. The board must support CSM boot.
It did support NVME + CSM.
I suggest you do all testing with different SSD just to see what is actually bootable and what isn’t before you wipe/reinstall the old one. You can also do this with USB flash drive.
And when you decide to finally reinstall it, make sure you have full disk image backed up - that way you can always go back. This will also back up your license that’s stored on the drive, so even if something happens later, you will be able to go back to recover it.
