Can I set up VPN for two PPPoE connections?

I am not a techie but have been using a Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD with 2 phone lines to bond 2 PPPoE connections.
Is it possible to set up a VPN connection to utilise both these lines?

Using winbox preferably
