1 profile per hotspot, 1 hotspot per interface. As many hotspots (with or without unique profiles) as you want per router. The only limit is 1 per interface.

AOA
you can use more then 1 hotspot servers in one mikrotik
you can add 1 hotspot server in each interface
and you want use second server?
then you can use second interface
example
if you have 4 LAN (clints) interfaces then you can use 4 hotspot servers

You can also use VLAN to create many virtual interface on one real interface and then set different hotspots on each of the VLAN interfaces.

i`m sorry can u explain about

so if i have 5 LANCARDs … and use 3 of them as hotspot , can i do this ?

so if 1 lancard support up to 200 clients ( my routeros is level 4) .. so if i have 3 .. then i can support 600 user hotspot

or 1 routeros just support until 200 client, no matter how many interface lan i have ?

btw …

i have running a network on this

is running , but i have some problem on wds 2 … they have the hotspot ip but can not connect to the hotspot router …

Sure, but not sure how else to say it.

so if i have 5 LANCARDs … and use 3 of them as hotspot , can i do this ?

Sure…that’s not more than 1 hotspot per interface, so yes, it’ll work

so if 1 lancard support up to 200 clients ( my routeros is level 4) .. so if i have 3 .. then i can support 600 user hotspot

No, because the 200 clients are not per hotspot, but per license. See http://www.mikrotik.com/pricelist.php?sect=1 for more detail on that. It says “HotSpot active users” at 200 for level 4.

or 1 routeros just support until 200 client, no matter how many interface lan i have ?

You got it.

i have running a network on this running , but i have some problem on > wds 2 > … they have the hotspot ip but can not connect to the hotspot router …

Not sure what is causing that. I could look into it with you, but that’s not something I can do without more information.
