Can I upgrade to v6.7 on RB951G-2HnD?

Hi,

I am using a RB951G-2HnD router and it’s currently running v5.26. Clicking on Check for Updates tells me that 5.26 is the latest version.

However, I see posts that (I think) I should be able to upgrade to v6.7 such as the following gentleman using the same RB951G-2HnD router:

I have tried to follow the upgrade steps advised in the following manual, though when I try to drag and drop the routeros-mipsbe-6.7.npk file in the Files List in Winbox, it does not allow me to drop the file.

What am I doing wrong?

try using winbox, otherwise reset the box and try again

Thanks for your answer. My post was not approved by the moderators for 3 days (I assume due to the weekend) and in the meantime I have found other sources which helped to do a successful update.
