Can I forbid usage of static IP adresses and allow clients to connect only if they get IP from DHCP?

Enable the arp=reply-only for that interface then enable ‘add-arp’ feature for the DHCP server.
In this case only users that are in the ARP table will be able to communicate to the router.
I have tried this config and succeed…
