Can I configure RouterOS as a site-to-site VPN gateway to an external organization with these exact VPN settings:
(This list of requirements is from a document written by the external organization I want to connect to.)
Encapsulation Security Payload (ESP)
Encryption: AES-256
Authentication: SHA-1
IPSec / IKE Authentication: Pre-shared secret and digital certificate
IKE phase 1: Diffie-Hellman group 5
Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS): Diffie-Hellman group 1
Also, a few other questions:
The computer I want to use has 1 NIC, which is built into the motherboard.
In the properties for this NIC, name = SWsoft Virtual Network Adapter and manufacturer = SWsoft, Inc.
Can RouterOS be configured as a site-to-site VPN gateway with only 1 NIC like this?
Can I run RouterOS on Windows Server 2003, Standard x64 Edition, Service Pack 2?
What license should I purchase to use RouterOS like this? I will only be connecting to one external site.
