Can level 4 License support 30 users hotspot client?

what is the major difference between User manager active sessions limit 50 and HotSpot active users limit 200 on the same level 4 license?

Yes, Level 4 supports 200 active Hotspot users.

The difference is that you can have 200 active Hotspot users, but only 50 of them can have been authenticated by User Manager. If you’re using local users or an external RADIUS server the 50 user limit does not apply, it only comes into play if you use User Manager to authenticate the users.

I am using custom build radius server…, with mysql backend support with mikrotik dictionary attributes and its really given me very favorable result.
