Can not appear the username and password textbox on webfig.

hi everyone.

can anybody give me the solution of this problem please (below picture)?
already i update the OS version to 6.10 and tested this commands on terminal:

/ip smb shares
set [ find where name=“pub” ] comment=“default share” directory=/firmware disabled=no max-sessions=10
set [ find where name=“pub” ] comment=“default share” directory=/skin disabled=no max-sessions=10
set [ find where name=“pub” ] comment=“default share” directory=/pub disabled=no max-sessions=10
/system note
set note=“”
/user group
set skin=default [find]
/ip proxy reset-html
y

when i want to access the mikrotik via webfig…

Try clearing your web browser cache or force a page reload. It is still showing the previous version webfig login page.

You have to click the webfig icon.
I have noticed this on a small amount of devices also.
