"can not change port settings"

Im doing the exact procdure that works on 2 RB 532s to change the baud-rate of the serial port so i can connect via serial to my cisco switch for conifiguration,

however on BOTH rb 133c and 155 (the mini router one) i keep getting:

“can not change port settings”

after the command:
/port set serial0 baud-rate=any value


console is off..

any ideas?

I just sealed up my RB 532s too…telenting into a rb532 i have in the field, allowed me to change the baud rate on that RB..

EDIT: This also WORKED FINE, just as on the RB 532s, on a WRAP 2e. — Neither the mini router nor the 133 c or 133 will let me change the serial port settings. I just tried 2.9.44 as well..same issue

RouterOS v2.9 doesn’t allow you to change the port settings for the RB100 series boards.
You can upgrade to V3.0 where you can do that.
