can not install user-manager-2.9.43

RouterOS The User Manager

i copy user-manager-2.9.43 with filezilla to mikrotik server
and reboot system
but can not install this package
–>log print whithout paging
show system error can not installe user-manager-2.9.43:user-manager-2.9.43 is not installed but is requierd.
please help.

do have correct version ROS and type of your router…?
i mean pc router or rb..!!, rb100 series, rb500 series etc

no, i don’t have way for your version,
you must upgrade version firsrt before continue with them, upgrade is free and much stable
here: http://www.mikrotik.com/download.html
and document on that page… :wink:

Use 2.9.43 for the RouterOS and User Manager. Currently you do not have any time limit for the license period, that’s why there is no any problem to use the latest version.
