Can not log in to user manager

Hi All,

User manager is installed on ROS 6.42.1, but when I use my browser to try to connect, the login screen comes up but I can not login. If I do " /tool user-manager customer print" , I get “Flags: X - disabled” and “database is not assesseble, yet”. I have searched the forum at tried the suggestions but still unable to login.

Trying to setup user manager on a X86 device configured a an access point. Can use winbox to connect to the device. this is the first time trying to access user manager. Any ideas? TIA

Where do I make the change? I do not see anything about User Manager in Winbox or Webif. What exactly do i change via commands?

Any new ideas. I’d really like to get this working. A side question is: how do I enable User-manager through Winbox or Webif?

Consult the storage of your router it maybe in full state

Just getting back to this one. Storage is not a problem, drive has lost of space. Possibly a bug?
