can not log in with 192.168.88.1

Bought new RB250GS and can not log in with 192.168.88.1 even if computer is connected directly to the switch.
Using Windows8 with Nod32 v.5.2.9.1

Could you try put it DIRECTLY to your computer’s LAN port and /or change your computer’s LAN IP to static like - let’s say - 192.168.88.5 and test it again?

have you configure your network to dhcp setting?
and usually, mikrotik router connected on port 2 to your pc
