can not log into mikrotik portal

Hi Folks! Haven’t logged in for quite awhile. I need to move and also purchase some new ROS keys but I can not login to the portal. I used Forgot Password and put my email in wa4zlw@arrl.net but I never got the forgot link. Yes, I checked my junk folder and nothing.

Can someone please assist?
