For some reason I can no longer log in to user-manager on either of my RB 1100 Routers
I have been to /tool user-manager customer print and the login name and password I am using is correct.
I have restored from a backup that was working but I am having the same problem
Have you use numbers?
Check with and without numlock on
Assuming you not have changed the default www port (80), or on firewall you not block any,

and assuming you use Internet Explorer 8+ and you have also tried on or Firefox 435,
The right syntax to access the user-manager are
http://ip-of-routerboard/userman
and not
http://ip-of-routerboard/usermanager or http://ip-of-routerboard/user-manager

“You” have deleted the customer…
add one:
/tool user-manager customer
add login=admin password=admin permissions=owner backup-allowed=yes disabled=no
