Can not login to user-manager

I have 2 x MikroTik Routers and I can not login to user-manager on either of them with web browser, it used to work have hundreds of users setup and they all work as PPPoE clients, but I can not login to add more.

One of the routers is an RB1100AHx2 that I have been using for the last 3 years

I have logged in using putty and check the login name and password for customer in user-manager is correct and it is.

Any ideas

Problem solved must use userman in url not usermanager

i forget my usermanager password

login to RB using putty on port 22 or something.

execute /tool user-manager customer print , you will see your customer login name and password

i am getting the message - Flags: X - disabled
